NL - Een vrouw is op brute wijze aangereden en de politie arresteert twee daders. De politiecommandant besluit om zelf de auto van het misdrijf te onderzoeken en komt tot een gruwelijke ontdekking. Een camera met beelden van een prostituee die gemarteld en vermoord wordt. Tijdens het ondervragingsproces komen er echter meer videotapes boven water, met nog veel schokkendere inhoud.
ENG - A woman has been brutally struck down by a car and the two drivers have been obtained by the police. The Chief of Police decides to check out the assailant’s car for himself and makes a gruesome discovery on a camcorder. The video recorder features the relentless torture and murder of a prostitute. The police decide to deal out some justice of their own by interrogating their perpetrators. They discover more videotapes exposing even more sexually deviant torture and murder.
FR - À la suite d’un grave accident, dans lequel une jeune piétonne a perdu la vie, les occupants d’une voiture sont immédiatement arrêtés par la police. L’offi cier aux méthodes peu orthodoxes chargé de l’enquête découvrira - en fouillant le véhicule des suspects - une caméra contenant des enregistrements vidéos particulièrement horribles, dont une cassette montrant la lente agonie et le meurtre d’une prostituée. Les policiers, vont les interroger à leur manière et trouveront très rapidement plusieurs cassettes détaillant d’autres meurtres précédés de tortures sadiques à caractère sexuel.
