The plot revolves around a large family who gather for their two Grannies birthday in the country side. Unfortunately, one of their gifts happens to be from their devil-worshipping nephew, and upon opening it, the two loveable grannies turn into vicious, flesh-eating monsters who will not stop until they have loved each and every one of their relatives to death.
