In a liquor-store a gang of losers are playing poker late at night, when they are suddenly terrorized by a masked killer, who collects parts of the bodies as a trophy after the killing. Cornered! was filmed in America with stars like The Doom Generation-lead James Duval en Police Academy-comedian Steve Guttenberg in the leads, and it's been directed by an ambitious Belgian (Daniel Maze), who decided to travel to the States and make a movie there. Cornered! is not about reinventing cinema but when you are in for some crispy dialogue, lots of humor and blood, you will surely like to be cornered by this accurately filmed nail-biter about a masked killer who doesn't like to be messed around.
